  1. In a large skillet cook Beefalo, onion, and sweet pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, stirring to break up any meat. Drain off fat.

  2. Stir in tomato sauce, water, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, corn, chipotle chile in adobo sauce and hot pepper sauce into Beefalo mixture in skillet.

  3. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Serve on rolls with a slice of cheddar or pepper jack cheese.
